I have set 4 goals for the month and the only one I have not done before is set a sleep schedule. My other goals are to increase my exercise min. by 500 over last month, increase my water intake and change my breakfast eating habits.

It's a new month. What are you going to do that's new this month? Maybe this could be the month that you try something you've always wanted to try. For me, it's joining a gym. I've been talking about it for a while, so I decided that this month I'm going to do it!
