I had my surgery RNY almost a year ago. It changed my life. I am no longer Diabetic and I do not have to use my CPAP machine anymore. I have so far lost a total of 90 lbs I am almost into Onederland for the first time in my adult life I think the last time I was in the 100's was when I was in 11th grade. I have slowed down with the weight loss but I am sure that I will be able to lose some more. It is kinda frustrating that the weight loss has slowed down but I just keep it up. I have found one of the best things that I do is I track everything that I eat and the exercise that I do. Early on I bought a fitbit and I love it I wear it all day every day to see what my steps are and I highly recommend it to anybody who is thinking about investing in one. Well for anybody that is thinking about having surgery it is a big decision and do your homework to find out all about it before hand the more you know the better. It is a life changing journey

Hi, everybody! Sorry I missed yesterday! Been kind of busy with life the last couple of days. I hate it when that happens!
Has everybody here already had their surgery or is that coming up? Where are you at in your journey and what has been your biggest obstacle?
