No challenges here. Hubby and I both work the night shift here at the hospital and I am now wearing size large scrubs as of last night.
I had my surgery this past Dec and have lost a little over 100 pounds since then. In December I wore size 4xl scrubs-I now wear size large. My hospital badge picture taken in 2007 is a constant reminder of how much I have lost as I no longer look like that picture.
I am moving right along!!

Well, it's the beginning of a new work week. HOW EXCITED ARE YOU?!?!? Haha! (Yes, that was sarcasm!) I hope everybody have a great weekend and you were able to keep cool!
That being said, what are you challenges during the weekend? How do you overcome them? During the weekend, we are not on the schedule we usually are on, and tend to eat out more. Are you this way, too? How do you stay on track during the weekend?
