Start from the beginning again. I have heard of some patients doing that to get refocused and back on track. More protein, less Carbs, no sugar.
You can do it!! Just refocus yourself and sit down and think about why you had the surgery in the first place. Why would you go through all that just to sabotage your efforts. But, you can refocus yourself, get back on track and exercise, exercise, exercise.
