Start from the beginning again. I have heard of some patients doing that to get refocused and back on track. More protein, less Carbs, no sugar.
You can do it!! Just refocus yourself and sit down and think about why you had the surgery in the first place. Why would you go through all that just to sabotage your efforts. But, you can refocus yourself, get back on track and exercise, exercise, exercise.

I had a very successful RNY and went from 264 to 130 in a year!! then started gaining some back. Then was fine until I got sloppy and forgetful with my healthy eating and strayed from it. Then added stress and poor health has led me to a sorry state of pounds gained and a BMI of 31!! I need help and support. I know my pouch still works as i get dumping and dry heaves if I eat too much sugar and dairy. Any suggestions to help me get focused and motivated? My Dr. suggested Sparks People website so here I am. I love hearing all the victorious stories and pounds lost! I have Osteoporosis and find it hard to do a lot of exercises. I'm 61 yrs old. I know more water and no bread, pasta and sugary stuff.
