Carbs create cravings! That's my motto. I never could understand (back in the old WW days) how they'd encourage you to eat cereal or oatmeal for breakfast. I was always hungry and hour later!!
Tonight I'm backing some chicken, marinated in equal parts lemon juice and olive oil. 2 large bunches of spinach. If I am hungry later? MAYBE I'll treat myself to some raspberries, but I'll bet they are very tart since they are out of season.
Also, the more carbs I eat, the worse my gut feels ;( Ick.
