Good job! I haven't done so well and the no sugar thing. I ate 2 bowls of the berry cheerios this morning. I actually didn't even finish the second one cause I just started feeling sick. Yeck. I normally don't eat that much at one time but it was like once I got started I couldn't stop. I'm out of cheerios now so it doesn't matter, lol. I won't buy anymore. I'll just get raisin bran. Cheerios supposed to be good for you but that berry is sooooo full of sugar I don't need. At least with raisin bran I'm getting potassium and lots of fiber.
Ahh, I see about the cheese thing. I get a lot of protein though. I'm a big meat eater. Well, I was before the pregnancy. I've just been a big sweets eater for the most of it, lol. I've tried to limit my red meat intake cause of High BP but I gotta watch the sugar intake too.
I am drinking a lot of water and I know that helps but I have to discipline myself.
