I am the opposite. I haven't figure everything out yet on logging food,exercise etc. However I have been doing my spark break goals. I am starting out slow because I HATE to exercise. I was thinking of getting a reliable pedometer myself.
I've logged my food this week and hope you are too. Haven't exercised as I'd hoped but will at least mall walk at a rapid pace for an hour today and tomorrow. Purchased a more reliable pedometer and am striving to do 10,000 steps daily. Anyone uip to the challenge with me?
