I am not eating anything much different. I track my food daily, as I have for 4 years here. I have been taking some extra vitamins. Saw palmetto, Coconut oil, Prostate (urinozinc), and Stress formula. I have been more stressed, but that has calmed down for 2 weeks.

I ate cheese and coffee with cream as a snack before my morning workout. Sometimes exercise seems to raise my blood sugar, but not today, after exercise:

6.4 mmol/l = 115 mg/dL
