I started using old fashioned oatmeal to make a vegan savory loaf like meatloaf.
So I guess you could say that I do eat cereal sometime during the day.

No, but when I do it is always high fiber cereal with no extra added sugar.

I eat rasien bran or shredded cerea with fat free milkl 5 out of seven days a week for either a snack or often for supper if I've had a healthy well balanced meal for lunch.

nothing regular but I try to eat my oatmeal or grape nuts at least a couple times a week.

I made a slow-cooker Steel cut Oatmeal recipe w/ raspberries in it ........... and when done, put some yummy toppings on it .............. nuts and seeds ............... so good!

I keep a half cup of multigrain cheerios on my desk, with 8 almonds in it to snack on throughout the day.
I also eat cereal 3 to 4 times a week for breakfast with bananas or berries.

As evening snack very occasionally cornflakes with a few berries or small apple cut up on them with low fat milk. It's comfort food and not too calorific.

Do you regularly eat cereal for breakfast or as an evening snack?


Eat cereal usually for breakfast at least three times a week never though of it as a snack food until looking at some spark peoples trackers showing they use it for a snack. did some research and found a favorite snack cereal was oatmeal !
