I've had that problem, still do when I don't schedule a before bedtime snack... I usually eat something high protein --peanut butter on toast or a hard boiled egg (not the best choice) my favorite choice is a single serving of string cheese with a small bit of peanut butter on it.... very filling and very high protein, keeps your blood sugar stable for the night so you won't wake up wanting something in the middle of the night.
