Okay, I am going to do this for Wednesday because Thursday was a treatment day and I am lucky if I get anything in me.

Okay, Blueberries, grapes, banana, raspberries.

garlic, potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, onion, salad mix (lettuces, radish, red cabbage, and a carrot).

The one I enjoyed the most where the grapes, they were frozen and yummy juicy!

be authentically you...

I tried RED pears.... OMG they are amazing! I always get in enough fruit, it is the veggies, I need to eat more of! I generally get in 10 servings of fruits & veggies, everyday!

I enjoyed baby carrots, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red cabbage, apple, and corn on the cob for a total of 8 servings.

May the peace and blessings of Christmas fill your heart with joy and the new year be filled with happiness.
