I keep reading and seeing that a very 'small' square of DARK chocolate is rich in the antioxidants and helps curb the desire for sweets ............... I do this fairly often and it does help for sure! (But I tell myself ........... No seconds!)

Out of the house not in the mouth... I have an idea... Before consuming those sweets try actually taping them to different body parts and see how they look. I actually did this and it helped a lot. There is progress in your future.
