I have three ounce packages of roasted turkey breast in the freezer.
This is a wonderful way to get in the protein in an instant.
Have been doing this for a few months.
It works for me.

protein for me too, I have a higher protein lower carb and fat eating habit. Oatmeal will keep me going very well for about 4 hours without even the twinge of hunger until I return from my morning workout.
