My problem was remembering to eat lunch (I never ate breakfast because I don't like eating early in the morning. I eat it everyday now). In the past I would eat dinner only, because I was so busy I wouldn't even think of lunch. I solved that problem by setting an alarm on my phone to remind me to eat lunch and now I never miss it and I don't need the alarm anymore since I trained myself to eat.

I don't really have a downfall. I guess it would be Trader Joe's Lite kettle corn, 130 cals. a bag. I limit myself to 2 bag totally a week!

Lunch is planned, as part of weekly menu, I usually have leftovers as a fall back, but I like to have a sandwich as this is usually a good opportunity to get more gains (from multigrain bread) in and also some calcium.
