When I fall,feel like giving up or let myself down......I have my pity party......get over it and pick myself up and take two steps forward and remind myself that emoticon .

Today I found new strength. Would I like to eat a bag of chips right now? Yes, but I don't want the consequences. I think of how good it will feel when my pants aren't too tight. How great I will feel when I get into my smaller pants. The level of satisfaction and adoration I will get when I fit back into my wedding dress. Even broccoli tasted good to me today.

I can honestly say I never want to give up. Yes I fall by the wayside and indulge in Chocolate but I know will regret it later then I get back on track. Irene

What to do when you want to give up
tell my self how good I will feel once i reach my goals
this year I re did my poster and put my starting picture and one taken at Christmas 2012 and it reminds where i want to by May 5 half way to goal which will be 140 pounds . which i feel is do able weight today 160 pounds.
