I've put myself back in the right mindset to be on the healthy train once again after the holidays by making sparking,exercise,and less calories/healthy eating a top prority.I am reminding myself that it is a MUST to take care of myself!!!!!!!!

I got back in the pool, it felt wonderful after a 4 day sidelining!
I had to think about this one, it's been a tough week.

Went to gym 4 times this week, walked 5 miles outside, circuit training 3 times, stretched and then stretched more.

I jogged in the rain yesterday morning. I did end up turning back but I jogged all the way home instead of thinking my exercise was over...I went faster too

Dancing yesterday & I bought 2 new fitness DVDs & how-to books & a new Walk Away The Pounds DVD with a 2 lb weight belt. The 2 DVD are both new fitness things for me. They are Simply Tai Chi & Pilates For Weight Loss. I also bought a new Reflexology DVD & how-to book

what did you do this week that made you feel positive about your self this week


I have gone to the gym 3 days this week and my goal was to go three days this weeks
so is my positive step the week . goal next week five days at the gym

live in Wash state
standard day light time zone
