I've put myself back in the right mindset to be on the healthy train once again after the holidays by making sparking,exercise,and less calories/healthy eating a top prority.I am reminding myself that it is a MUST to take care of myself!!!!!!!!
Dancing yesterday & I bought 2 new fitness DVDs & how-to books & a new Walk Away The Pounds DVD with a 2 lb weight belt. The 2 DVD are both new fitness things for me. They are Simply Tai Chi & Pilates For Weight Loss. I also bought a new Reflexology DVD & how-to book
