Today I went to the gym after work.
I was stiff and very sore after doing a two hour workout yesterday.
Only walked on treadmill at 3.5 mph for 25 minutes.
I am no longer as stiff and soreness is lessened.
So glad I listened to my voice of reason and not my body.
