Mini workout best for me. I am trying to regain use of my back and build up core. Never give up!

I find lately that It is hard for me to do a full well's worth of exercise. I actually decided to adjust my week to have a rest day. I unintentionally did that last week and I did feel motivated to exercise the next day

I try to take a rest day, but I find that when I schedule one to get other things done, I feel better after I work out. So half way through the morning I am usually up at the gym it would be working out... then I get back home and am able to accomplish more. It also helps me sleep better at night when I have worked out during the day. I don't know that I have taken a day off since early November when I was really sick. Even when I was sick, I would find myself exercising, not so much as addictive behavior as it is a way to help fight the depression and keep me calm and on an even keel.

be authentically you...
it's journey, not a one day hike.
