Well I am totally out of itemoticon BACK UP TO 239 that is a long way up from when I started this last time. emoticon I thank that I am going to back out for a while. I am not getting my self to headed the right way. I will be checking in often but after this week I am not going to weight in for a while.emoticon I do love Sparks and everything that this site has to help one to stay on track and lose weight but if your mine and body don't match it just does not happens.emoticon

Finally found the nerve to step on the scale. Not good but this is the first day of the rest of this trip. Have a bit of work to do to get back to my lowest. But I am up for it. Today's weight - 297.5. Will see where we are by Friday.

Sounds like May was a tough month for a lot of us for weight loss. So, let's close the window on May emoticon and take a step emoticon in the right direction. For the month of May I ended up losing 6 lbs but it was a struggle with a lot of yo-yo-ing going on. For the next few weeks at least I've decided to stay off the scale and will just do my measurements once a month.

the month of May was slow for me the scales went the wrong direction so even though i did make to 162 some of the pounds were lost more than once emoticon
which was discouraging I back on the trail / wagon to the finish line my goal for the first 141 days of June is day good Bye to the 160"S
starting Coach Nicole's 28 day booth camp DVD today
and try and increase my water by a glass
have a great first day of June. emoticon

Hello! My Friday weigh in group!
I started March 16, 2012 = 226.6
March 23= 223.4
March 30= 222.4
April 6= 220.4
April 13= 219.8 TODAY! I've released 7.2 lbs. This is GREAT for me, as I usually loose weight VERY unhealthily & with Spark People, I'm learning how to do it right! I am SO grateful to have found this community!!!!! Feel free to check out my Spark Page,
(APRIL 22= 218.4)

April 27= 217.4 YIPPY!!!!!
May 4= 216.8 (I think, I'm traveling & using a different scale! It 'feels' correct, though!)
May 11= 215.0
May 18= 213.0
May 25= 211.4 (I've release 15.2 #'s! YES!!!!) My goal is 2 # a week. I'm OK with a little less.
June 1= 210.9 (1/2 more pound down! I'll take it!)

SP people REALLY works for me!

Hope you all are doing well too! It's about us, not the scale!

Official Friday weigh in today was 207.4! woohoo! going down into numbers I haven't seen since the 1978-1982 time frame. Lovin' it!
I read an article somewhere yesterday saying that Friday was the idea day of the week to weigh in because you didn't want to weigh on Saturday, Sunday or Mondays because you are more likely to gain week from Friday to Sunday nights. Then during the week you work at eating properly. Since I can't remember where I read it - thinking it was somewhere on Spark but my memory problems prevent me from remembering where. So I decided the article made sense and have changed my weigh in days to Friday.

I'm up .2 lbs for the week, so that's not too bad. I've been having issues with sodium all week so to only go up 2 tenths of a pound isn't bad.
