The team page could use a few more forums and topics. At the moment there is no clear direction. But only team leaders can add forums. Chris

Time to stop farting around and get serious about eating healthy. Start exercising again. The move is DONE.
GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? Low carb plan with lots of veggies and water aerobics at least 3X week. I was doing this but moving stress has halted my good habits. Time to get this going again. I am worth it.
