My holiday goal is to concentrate more on serving size and portion control rather than tracking the exact calories I eat on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I tend to get anxious if I'm not able to track my calories since I have been tracking them every day for two months now. I have been pretty successful so far with weight loss and I really don't want to see all of this hard work go to waste.
I plan to enjoy the holidays by not stressing about exact calories, but portion control instead!
