As for me, not bad physically--I'm almost ten pounds down, and I'm working on setting up a regular daily schedule and getting a good amount of sleep.
The emotional part is harder. I...am always afraid to get angry. I have been all my life. Which means I bury it and bury it and then EXPLODE in a rage, when someone pushes me to far. Sometimes the rage is appropriate. Sometimes not.
And I don't know how to deal with lingering anger, either. I never learned HOW to process it. Older things fade, and then they are easier to let go. More recent things, especially ones that still affect me...I have a harder time with.
So. How're y'all? Need help with anything? Have advice for me?
