I have been eating a healthy breakfast every day and getting 30 minutes of activity daily. I have been doing 10-20 minutes of walking or jogging when I first get up and then I have my healthy breakfast and my days have been going much smoother and I feel great knowing i have gotten some of my exercise out of the way before work.

Ideas for the next challenge would be to get 5-7 fruits or veggies per day and to drink the 8 glasses of water

Hmmmm....I honestly don't remember what I put for my morning challenge! I have been doing really good, though. Increased my activity, fruit & veggie and water intake, decreased my junk food binges and "couch potato time". I must be doing something right...definitely feel more energetic and ambitious...getting more things done. Even falling asleep a lot faster than I usually do...probably because I'm so much more active! It's pretty easy to accomplish a goal when you make it a priority!
