I like to get my workout first thing in the morning or at lunch time.
I found that when I am super busy at work, it is sometime difficult to go away from my desk - for lunch or gym... So it is better for me to start my day with exercise - that way there is no excuse to get it done!
Way to go to the very early bird!!! I can't imagine doing that... I have a difficult time falling asleep at night but I am always up at 0600 - alarm or not... but getting up earlier than that would be difficult!
