I hope you are doing well as you start the fitness tracker and log your minutes. I am sure you will have a successful year
Here is how to acces the mileage tracker on the Spark Fitness Page...
From your Start Page:
1 - Go to the tab - Track My Workout (just under track my food...), tha t will take you to the tack your fitness Spark Page
2- On that page, you will see a tab (last to the right beside Search)- Mileage. By clicking it, you open a distance tracker...
3- Enter your minutes and distance (you can set it in miles or km) and the activity - walk-run or Cycling... for elliptical I use the walk-run option...
4 - doing so Spark track your mileage for you and you can generate stats - you see your monthly progress, you total mileage for the year and your total overall mileage!

When facing resistance, think "softness" and let go.
"Small tip: I track my distance with the Spark Fitness Goal tracker ... If you are not sure what to aim for, just track for a week or two and then do the calculation ..." from the team email. I'm wondering where I can find this Spark Fitness Goal tracker? Guidance?
