I will be praying for you and your family for travel mercies and for peace. I hope your Mom had accepted Jesus before she passed away. I hope that you can find inner peace and go through the stages of grief peacefully. God loves you and you do have the strength the get healthy and if you keep the attitude that just take it one choice at a time it will not be too overwhelming to get on the right path to better health. I know you have already know but if you are not faithfully using both the food and exercise trackers that should be a good place to start . If possible please find a grief councilor for your family that each person can talk too. I know we all deal with grief in different ways so having someone outside the family can help. I hope as well that the arrangements for the celebration of your mom's life go smoothly. I will pray for you and your family during our church service today and lift you up whenever you come to mind . I am so sorry for your loss during this time but God will give you strength.

Wanted to let everyone know that I will probably not be around much until after the new year. My mother died Friday night at 9:30 and have been keeping close tabs on my father since he is 84. Please keep me and my family in your prayers. I have several family members that live out of state and on both coast. So there is going to be some travel for them to get here. Plz let me know when the next challenge is so I can come back and get involved. It is probably too late to join the December one though.
Mom told me two hours before she died that she wanted me to get off my butt and start losing weight and get to a health. She said that she wants me to have a long life and to hug my son for her. I think she knew then that she was dying. My husband told me that she meant after the holidays. I told him I don't think so. Thanks everyone for the nice thought and prayers. And those that have visited my spark page and left nice comments and goodies. I really appreciate it. Probably after the holiday to send out thank you goodies to those that have left comments.
My 12 year old son told me today that he feels like the kid in Grandma got ran over by a reindeer. Where the kid says should we open our gifts or send them back. Everyone says send them back. He said that he doesn't feel like Christmas this year. He was very close to his grandmother. Even though we could not go over there much because in the later years she had turned mean with the dementia that she had. Once when we were over there she hit Robert and pulled his hair. Before the decease she was so kind and caring. I know she is in a better place where there is no pain and is having a good time with her mom and dad and family that had passed before her.
Thanks again for your friendship for the last two years. I know I can do this and make her proud. I also know she is looking down on me right now and is being my Guardian Angel.
Thanks again for your prayers,
