July 6, 2012: Rode the bike for 3 miles.
July 6, 2012: Walked on the treadmill for 1.1 miles.
July 12, 2012: Walked on the treadmill for 1.1 miles
July 12, 2012: Rode the bike for 6 miles.
July 16, 2012: Walked on the treadmill for 4.3 miles.
July 31, 2012: Walked on the natural trail for 3.4 miles.
