My wife has been giving me a special k protein bar for breakfast with my black coffee. It has been good for my diet and for my energy levels. How about this; Proverbs 18:22, "Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD." I am so happy that I have a partner in this life's journey!
I am glad your diet is going better. Keep up the good work on that. I teach, so summer schedule is ok, but when school is in session, it plays havoc on my workouts, so I understand completely. Have you looked at some of the home exercises in the fitness section? Every little bit helps, even it is only for 10 or 15 minutes at a shot. You're doing great! Keep on Sparkin'!

I work twelve hour shifts and add to that travel time and getting ready for work and changing afterwards really zaps my ability to workout on work days. my diet is better and I am trying to make off days gym days and I am down five pounds but I seem to be at a standstill on weight loss.
