I am sorry you have not had any movement on the scale ! Yes you should see some movement for sure after some weeks. I think it took me close to 3 weeks. My body didn't believe me that I was for real this time I think.
I am not sure what you are eating or drinking so I will ask these questions just to see if I can help ....K ?
Are you tracking your food and drinks here on spark people ? You don't have to track your food on TSD( the simple diet) but if you are drinking high calorie shakes that could be a downfall ?? Depending on what your weigh......... you still should not go overboard in calories.
Do you have TSD book and are you following it ? I did not do exercise for the first 2 months and still had a great weight loss but I am or was over 100 pds overweight. I need some more information from you to help you or to answer some questions
