Thanks so much for the input. I haven't been tracking on SP, but I decided to start yesterday. I have the book and I guess I expected fast weight loss. It is hard for me to loose without exercise, which I know, but try to do anyway...doesn't work. I think I am going to tweak a few things which may help, like increase my veggie intake and cut out protein bars which I like to have at night in place of a shake. Thanks for the encouragement. Slow and steady wins the race I guess.
If you're on program and doing all the requirements, I'd just keep going. I started on a program in September and moved to this one and I've lost a total of 10 lbs. I know, not very encouraging, but I've noticed that I've lost a lot of inches. I fit in clothes that I haven't worn in over a year so something is definitely happening. Not as fast as I want it to but the losses are going in the right direction.
And from your ticker it looks like you only have about 20 lbs to lose and unfortunately, the less weight you have to lose the harder it is to lose.
I have at least 50 lbs to go and it's going to be slow losses but I've decided I will trudge on. I realize that I don't lose weight like I use to.
I am sorry you have not had any movement on the scale ! Yes you should see some movement for sure after some weeks. I think it took me close to 3 weeks. My body didn't believe me that I was for real this time I think. I am not sure what you are eating or drinking so I will ask these questions just to see if I can help ....K ?
Are you tracking your food and drinks here on spark people ? You don't have to track your food on TSD( the simple diet) but if you are drinking high calorie shakes that could be a downfall ?? Depending on what your weigh......... you still should not go overboard in calories. Do you have TSD book and are you following it ? I did not do exercise for the first 2 months and still had a great weight loss but I am or was over 100 pds overweight. I need some more information from you to help you or to answer some questions

Hi Everyone. I have been on the SD for a few weeks. I think I am getting discouraged because I am not seeing any weight loss. I think I may be getting bored with the eating, something I wouldn't mind if I was seeing results. I am not exercising, but other than that I have been sticking to the plan. TG was a bust day for sure, but shouldn't I be seeing the scale move some? I would love to hear your experience, successes, struggles or advice. I started doing the rebounder but must admit I flopped at it.
