For my meal replacements I make sure that the shake is moderate to high fiber. if you include bars, they too, can be high fiber. Be careful, if you take in more fiber than you are accustomed, to it can get ugly,
Ok, I'm going to ask. Anyone suffering from constipation on this plan? I have to constantly eat raisins or drink prune juice or something. I've been using Atkins shakes because it does not upset my stomach and I like the way they taste but I'm always constipated. I drink 64oz of water everyday. I'm bloated too. What else can I do or take?
