I'M JUST GETTING STARTED ON THE SIMPLE DIET. I HAVE TRIED THE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWER. IT IS REALLY TASTY IN SKIM MILK. 1 SCOOP HAS 80 CAL- 0 FAT - 0 CARBOHYDRATE - AND 20 GRAMS OF PROTEIN.
I'M ALSO GOING TO TRY THE VANILLA FLAVOR , WITH STRAWBERRIES , STRAWBERRY BANANA YOGURT AND FATFREE POWDERED MILK IN A SMOOTHIE.
MY FRIEND WENT TO A WEIGHT LOSS DOCTOR, AND THE DIET WAS A LOT LIKE THE SIMPLE DIET.
HOPE THIS HELPS. HOW DO YOU LIKE THE SIMPLE DIET SO FAR?

so interesting that you posted this because I just had these suggested to me this week ! A friend of mine mixes the powder with milk and loves them ! I was gonna give them a try . If you do let me know how you like them ???

Has anyone ever tried these protein shakes or the chicken soup? Sounds pretty good to me.
