lori I always have trouble doing my exercise in the evening .... it feels like my feet have concrete booties or something.... drives me nuts.... I have to do my in morning !
Yes I met all my goals for yesterday !! Woo Hoo and they were different than usual. I am doing a detox as an assignment for a challenge. I had never done an all natural body/liver detox and its very different than I expected. I will blog on it later this week.
Today I am going to attempt my very first yoga experience........OOOOOhhhhhhhh yeah I am a bit in awe of this.....heheheee
My goals today are
no processed foods
No dairy or animal proteins
exercise and try yoga'
No chocolate or caffeine
