Hi Christine - maybe I need to join in on the goals for the day. I've been struggling with cravings lately. My goal for tomorrow is to walk the dog 2x a day, do my cardio, and stay on plan.

well aren't we the pair..... I did not do or reach my goals yesterday either !!

today I was gone all to two different Dr's appts so that blew my whole day and Now my Dh will be home soon so I've off to do some picking up

Concrete booties is the perfect description...lol
I was not successful in reaching my goals yesterday!
The only one I managed was "track it all"
However on the upside, tracking it all made me realize that although I didn't stay 100% true to my food plan I managed to halt a potential binge fest get back on track and I only exceeded my calorie range by 3 calories...not the end of the world by any stretch and today is a fresh start.
Today my goals are:
1) walk the dog
2) do the run your butt off program day 3 stage 2
3) Stay on the Simple eating plan
4) Track it all!

lori I always have trouble doing my exercise in the evening .... it feels like my feet have concrete booties or something.... drives me nuts.... I have to do my in morning !


Yes I met all my goals for yesterday !! Woo Hoo and they were different than usual. I am doing a detox as an assignment for a challenge. I had never done an all natural body/liver detox and its very different than I expected. I will blog on it later this week.

Today I am going to attempt my very first yoga experience........OOOOOhhhhhhhh yeah I am a bit in awe of this.....heheheee

My goals today are
no processed foods
No dairy or animal proteins
exercise and try yoga'
No chocolate or caffeine

Hey Christine,
How'd make out with yesterdays goals? I managed to meet all mine but I did the RYBO in the evening instead of the morning and it was a lot harder to get on the treadmill and I had to spend the first 15 minutes convincing myself to stay on...lol
todays goals

Goals update
Wednesday's goals where met!
Thurs goals were
1) Walk the dog
2)Follow food plan
3) Track
4) journal
5) Run your butt off plan
Unfortunately I did not walk the dog as I got home from work late and it was dark (don't feel bad for the dog we live on a fenced half acre so she still gets out..lol) But met the other 4 goals.

Today's goals:
1) Walk the dog

I liked having some daily goals, I liked hving the immediate gratification of a job well done and goals are really easily attained when they are cut up into small bits it's a great mind set to have success every day.
today's goals are the same
1) follow run your butt off plan
2) walk the dog
3) follow Simple diet meal plan
4) track everything

Anyone else have some daily goals I'd love to hear about them.
