Thanks for your input, Skinnie!

Now today, I'm wondering if part of it could be that I've been around so many sick people. I work out in the public and though I work in a grocery store, I'm in the dining area and clean up after others. Basically, I'm a waitress.

Anyway, today I've been absolutely miserable. Able to eat, but barely able to drink anything. Fell asleep this evening for a 3 hour nap and now I feel like maybe I've caught the bug that's going around.

Ugh! Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow and be able to drink more, too.

P.S. Bought a new router today. Hoping to get it installed in the next few days so my internet connection will work all the time again!

Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!

Yes I've noticed some weeks I don't seem to go as much either. I often wonder if it is my salt intake ??? I have always just supposed that it was like my weight loss on the scales ? It seems like sometimes my body just "re-adjusts " . Like I'll lose a big loss and then It will be a tiny weight loss the next week..... almost as if it says " HEY ..... did I mean to do that ?...Wait a minute.... I need to hold on to all I've got for safety !! " They say that children have "growth spurts" where they seem to eat more and maybe we have " growth losses"....... ????
Who knows ????? I may totally off base !! ???

Just keep on keeping on

Hey all!

I'm having an issue I'd like your feedback on.

I'm sure you all know that we're all losing a ton of weight just by running to the bathroom everyone 20 minutes or so because of the amount of water we're drinking...

Today started week 21 for me and I noticed a few days ago that I'm not going to the bathroom nearly as often as I have been.

Nothing has changed. I'm not eating more or less. I'm not drinking less....maybe a bit more some days. I am exercising more, but not sweating enough for this to be happening. Usually, when I'm done exercising the first thing I have to do is run to the bathroom. lol

Anybody else notice this or have any thoughts on why all of a sudden I'm not going as often? I don't know if it's normal for it to slow down or if something else could be wrong, or if I'm doing something wrong. Anyway...thanks in advance!
