Skinnie Christine, I kinda lost momentum there for awhile with the cares of life hitting me
in the face. I am back with you right now trying hard. Got a family reunion in 6 weeks, and
I plan to focus harder.
Even with all the stress, I still managed to eat pretty good and then I made some meals
that I knew were what they ought to be calorie wise, protein, fiber, fat, etc. I made up quite
a few different meals and have them ready.
Now I really need to move more but at the moment am lazy, but I will try to push past this.

That is always a great feeling. I too wore a shirt to church yesterday, that is so lose on me. When I origianlly bought it, I didn't wear it much, because it was too tight!

Last night while getting ready for worship services, I went to my closet to find a top to put on. I found one that I hadn't worn in about 6 weeks or more. When I put it on the bottom or hem of it hung loose and didn't even touch my hips !! WOO HOO !!! It hung straight from my shoulders and breasts !! I couldn't believe it !! flopped around even !! I was in shock and then I got several compliments about it while at services. I think your clothes actually look a bit better when loose !! HAHAHA...
Just made me smile..... wanted to share !!
