Julie, that's a bunch of inches off the hips! And that means fat loss...even more important than the scale!

What you put your focus on you will get.
Think of what you DON'T want and you'll get more of it.
Think only of what you DO want and that's what will come!

While the pounds seem to take forever to come off I had another encouraging sign. My work pants that used to be tight can now be pull up when still zipped up!! Might not sound like much... but to me it's a milestone! :)
