Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.

Saw the Dr yesterday about my knees. Good news is that it is not arthritis rather he believes it is soft tissue injury. He has me starting physical therapy next week but if that does not work he will be ordering an MRI of my left knee.

He is very pleased with my weight loss and wants to help be get back to being at the gym 5x a week for continued success.
