Oh, Lily. You make me laugh. Thanks for the first smile in my day. But I'm glad you're feeling bettter & found the culprit--and that I wasn't sitting next to you in yoga!

Lilly ~ glad you figured out what was causing the intestinal discomfort. It is amazing how some food/products can have such an affect.

Thanks everyone for sharing! I forget to post an update.
It was the Designer Whey Protein Powder that was giving me gas! I hated the taste anyway and to add, the gas...I'll never buy that brand again although it was cheap. It was not gentle on my stomach at all. It was the only thing that I changed after looking back at my notes.
I am now using EAS 100% Whey Protein and it has been GREAT! I am going to try the Strawberry flavor by Body Fortress and hope that it does not treat me like Designer Whey. I really want the Strawberry flavor and am hoping to get away from the boring ol' French Vanilla.
Thanks Ladies!!!

I've had the issue with being gassy. I just bought the equate brand of "gas relief" pills at walmart and they work great! Haven't had to use any in about a month, but I have them onhand now just in case. lol
Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.
I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!

No, green beans and/or fruit (cherries, bananas & grapes).
It is really becoming a nuisance. I cannot go 5mins without passing. It was so hard to do Yoga for an hour with having to hold in gas. Imagine what my stomach felt like. Then it's the same thing when I run. Outdoors isn't that bad, shoot, I let it go in the wind lol but when I went to the gym yesterday, I cannot pass gas in a room of people while on the treadmill. It is so embarrassing and frustrating...
When I don't let the gas go from below I burp it up...OMG crazy

I am extremely gassy and have been for a while now, at minimum, 3 weeks. The only switched I've made is going back to the shakes from Greek yogurt. At first it was the constipation and now I am extremely gassy. I could say it's dairy (i.e. cheese) but majority of the entrees I eat does not include cheese and if so, the amount is not big enough to have me extremely gassy.
Any thoughts, comments, advice or what ever will be appreciated!
