Initially I feel great after exercise but my knees sure scream at me several hours afterwards. Or sometimes several days.
My hope is that the flair up of arthritis in my knees will ease up soon so I can get back to working out more often. For now I am slowing down a bit.

BAYBERRYBEAR, Luckily I'm right with you! I love the feeling after exercising and that's why I choose to get up early and work out, so that I will have that feeling all day long. If I go more than a day without exercising, I feel sluggish. This is all new for me, because I used to despise exercise. This program has really changed my outlook on so many things, not just food.
Take pride in how far you have come and have faith in how far you can go.
Nope. Exercise is painful and is only possible for a few minutes before I give up. The only exercise DVD I can do is Oxycise! because you don't have to move except from position to position. But as far as feeling good after it...nope.
What you put your focus on you will get. Think of what you DON'T want and you'll get more of it. Think only of what you DO want and that's what will come!
