Thank you ladies. I am back home again and have unpacked the truck, started the laundry and been out to tend to the garden. I managed to get a 2 mile walk in on two days and feel good with that.

Today is my last day off plan but been a lot better today. Enjoying a salad of fresh spinach from my garden and some mesquite grilled chicken breast paired with some Raspberry vinaigrette from Waldens Farms.

The first few days this week will be crazy but by mid week it should be less stressfull.

Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.

I hope things slow down for you after this weekend. Have a great vacation. I know I need one lol

You will be great after getting in a 2 mile walk for each day you are away! Be gentle with your self. Your gain will go away fast! Celebrate being able to fit into some of your old cloths!!! YAY

Keep us posted on how things went :)

I can simplify my life and lighten my burdens by deciding realistically what I want to do and what I have time to do. (~_^)

Well the last few weeks have been crazy busy so I have not been able to check in here very often. Hopefully things will slow down a little after this weekend.

Today after work I am headed for a long weekend vacation with my hubby and a bunch of friends. We will be celebrating our 18th anniversary (it is on Monday) camping & tubing. I will not be 100% on plan but have already planned a 2 mile walk for each day with the exception of Sunday when we will pack up which is a workout in itself.

It has been a struggle for me the last couple of weeks with a slight gain last week and holding steady this week. But I am feeling better and fitting into some of my old cloths so I know I am still going in the right direction.

I have been training for a 5k walk the end of July but have not been able to walk the treadmill due to knee pain. I am hopeful with the 2mile walk daily this weekend it will help me build up my speed.

I miss you all and look forward to catching up with everyone next week. I am hopelessly behind on blogs that will take a few days.
