Well the last few weeks have been crazy busy so I have not been able to check in here very often. Hopefully things will slow down a little after this weekend.
Today after work I am headed for a long weekend vacation with my hubby and a bunch of friends. We will be celebrating our 18th anniversary (it is on Monday) camping & tubing. I will not be 100% on plan but have already planned a 2 mile walk for each day with the exception of Sunday when we will pack up which is a workout in itself.
It has been a struggle for me the last couple of weeks with a slight gain last week and holding steady this week. But I am feeling better and fitting into some of my old cloths so I know I am still going in the right direction.
I have been training for a 5k walk the end of July but have not been able to walk the treadmill due to knee pain. I am hopeful with the 2mile walk daily this weekend it will help me build up my speed.
I miss you all and look forward to catching up with everyone next week. I am hopelessly behind on blogs that will take a few days.
