I've been lurking for a couple of weeks now trying to gather tips about the plan while I waited for my copy of the book to arrive. It came yesterday and I read pretty much all of it, and decided to start the diet tomorrow (Wednesday). After a trip to the grocery store this evening to stock up on shakes, entrees and freggies, I planned my menu for tomorrow. I'd just like some feedback to make sure I have the gist of things and am not going overboard with my freggies!
B: Strawberries n' Cream shake blended with 1/2 c. mixed berries & 1/2 cup peaches
AM snack: 1 large orange, vanilla shake
L: SmartOnes Pasta Primavera & 2 c. California Combo veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
PM Snacks: 1 c. watermelon, 1 medium apple, vanilla shake (my lunch break is quite early in the day, around 11:15 am, so I space my afternoon snacks out so I don't binge at work)
D: garden salad, Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza
I haven't decided yet whether to eat after dinner, if I do it will either be fruit or some raw veggies.
I guess I am just worried I'll be hungry since I've never used shakes before! Any tips/advice would be wonderful! I am eager to start the plan but want to make sure I'm getting off to a good start.
