Okay Simple Dieters remember to check the nutritional information on entrees when going through the frozen aisle. You never know when they will reformulate a meal so it either works with the plan or no longer works with the plan.

I happened upon Marie Callender's Honey Roasted Chicken this weekend while shopping. At only 300 calories (down from 340) 8 grams of fat and 19 grams of protein it is perfect for TSD.

The portions are larger with Marie Callender's then with most meals and the meal is quite tasty. The honey glaze is a little on the sweet side but when paired with the chicken breast it is just perfect.
