Question for you Morgeron prior to starting this plan did you have any underlying medical conditions? Did you discuss this plan with your Dr?

Also prior to this plan did you experience any of the same issues?

I usually never skip breakfast. Normally I have fruit or my shake. If I'm going to workout in the morning I'll have fruit for breakfast and after my workout I will have my shake. Then another one around 3-330 then my last after I get back from my 4 mile walk at night. Just the last few days I have been really struggling to get in all 3 shakes and the fruits and veggies.

From reading your menu, I'm thinking you're not getting enough protein in your body before you do your exercise, let alone for basic daily activity. Why are you only having 2 shakes per day? Protein = energy

Try having one of your shakes for breakfast, and then one within 15 minutes after you're done exercising.

I, too, have not been hungry, but I force myself to eat. I just kind of spread it out a bit more.


Also, I don't know how often you skip breakfast, but you need to not do that. Breakfast jump starts your metabolism for the rest of the day. I've been finding that if I have a shake as my first "drink" of the day then within an hour, or on my drive to work eat a serving of fruit or veggie, not only do I feel better throughout the day, I feel more hungry for lunch.

Just something to try. I know every body is different and what may help me may not help the next person.

Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!

Today's menu was

Breakfast: nothing

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Cheese ravoli
1 c sliced cucumbers
1 c baby carrots

Snack: EAS chocolate shake

Dinner: Hormel Completes Chili w/ beans

Snack: EAS chocolate shake

I know I didn't eat 5-7 serving of fruits and veggies like I said I have no appetite and I force myself to eat.

yesterday's menu

Breakfast: Apple

Snack: EAS french vanilla shake

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Fajita Style Spring Rolls
1c sliced cucumbers
1c baby carrots
1c grape tomatos
1c celery sticks

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Mac n Cheese
1c brussel sprouts

Snack: EAS chocolate shake
apple

What are you eating for lunch? What is your menu for a typical day?

For instance, do you drink shakes or eat Greek yogurt or a combination? Do you eat/drink them for breakfast? Or do you eat entrees for breakfast?

I can simplify my life and lighten my burdens by deciding realistically what I want to do and what I have time to do. (~_^)

I have to force myself to eat or else I would go all day without eating I have NO appetite! When I do eat I'm ok for about an hour then I have to lay down and nap because I can't hold my head up. This only happends when I eat lunch, dinner I'm ok I eat them go walk 4 miles! This happen to anyone else?
