Sorry I missed this earlier. I don't have that issue any more as I had a hysterectomy 1 1/2 years ago. I use to bloat really bad before and after my TOM so do not miss it. I so agree with not weighing during the time you are bloated. Just stay on track and know that you are doing well. The bloat is only temporary.

I second what MRSVK said. The bloat is only temporary. Something else that helps....I take Midol. Haven't ever used it before now, but it's helping a lot. I don't get nearly as bloated as I used to.
And you're right... don't weigh yourself this week. It's not going to be accurate no matter what. During this time, the scale is the devil and he likes to play tricks on us. Only way to beat him is to ignore him and try again next week. lol
As for being a touchy subject....no worries. I've actually been wondering if "that time" would be easier on us as we lose weight.
Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.

I always get bloated a week prior to my monthly. During my monthly, the bloating is worse so I've decided to not weight myself. The bloating is messing with me mentally and I am starting to feel like I am not losing weight. I am still on plan and exercising 6 days a week so this could possibly be false, it's just that bloating feeling...so how do you handle this time of the month?
Sorry for the touchy topic but I thought I'd ask since majority of us are ladies. I'm not craving any foods like chocolate or some sweets like I usually do during this time. It's just getting my mind right and wrapped around *maybe* not being able to lose during this time!
