I second what MRSVK said. The bloat is only temporary. Something else that helps....I take Midol. Haven't ever used it before now, but it's helping a lot. I don't get nearly as bloated as I used to.
And you're right... don't weigh yourself this week. It's not going to be accurate no matter what. During this time, the scale is the devil and he likes to play tricks on us. Only way to beat him is to ignore him and try again next week. lol
As for being a touchy subject....no worries. I've actually been wondering if "that time" would be easier on us as we lose weight.
Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.
I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!
