Two pounds is a great weight loss for one week! SparkPeople won't even let you set a goal for more than 2 pounds in a week. Keep it up! I like to think of myself getting stronger everyday.

Deji ~ congrats on the 1pound loss.

Grey ~ not losing is hard but look at it this way you did not gain.

Keep up the great work ladies.

Good job... I have to admit I spent over a week celebrating my bday.... so wasn't on the plan but still didn't gain. The not gaining part showed me I am actually learning something on this diet.
But, time to get serious.... Spring Break is coming up fast!

Have to take a hard look at my profile pic this week as I "ONLY" lost a pound! As I tell everybody else, a loss is a lot better than a gain. So after 5 weeks on the SD, I've lost 9 1/4 lbs. Not what I was hoping for, but if I did nothing, it wouldn't even be that. So, I'll take it and move on. emoticon

What have you done today to make yourself feel proud?

Over 8 lb. is great! I've also been doing this for 4 weeks as of yesterday, and being a slow loser was aiming for at least the 4 week minimum (6 lb) in my weight category. Instead I had lost 7 so am ahead of the game -- and you're doing way better than that! Yay for you!!

I'm down 2 1/4 lbs this week, for a total since starting this program on Feb 8th of 8 3/4 lbs. Not a huge loss, but it's down and that's the important thing. I had a slow start with the exercising, but I'm getting better at doing more now. Total down since Jan 6th is 17 1/4 lbs. And best of all, I don't have to cook anything but vegetables!!! yay

What have you done today to make yourself feel proud?
