i've been doing all the workouts, but i did skip yoga. 93 minutes is a long time to do one thing. i've heard it's good, though, and will hopefully get it in next week.

i also thought about adding in the 30DS to my workouts some, probably on phase 2 or 3, to really mix things up.

I've only been doing certain P90X components, but I need to start doing more because I've totally plateaued. I LOVE Ab Ripper X. I do that at least 2x/week. I try to do plyo. Kempo's fun. I need to try yoga still.

I also need to start adding 30-day shred to the end of my days when I feel I can get 2 workouts in a day. I'm digging level 3. It's intense.

March, here I come!!

The 30 day shred is crucial! My husband tried it and now hates Jillian. I love her, she is tough!

That sounds good!

I've been using the 30-day shred, too! It's great for the days I don't want to commit to an hour long P90X workout. Jillian kicks my butt in those 20 minutes! ha ha.

our winter has been pretty mild here so far, but when i can't run outside, i try to go to the gym to run on the track. i will hit the dreadmill if i must :o) i also plan to use my 30 day shred again and am about to get p90x from a friend.

Hey Team!

Now that the months are getting colder, I would love to hear what you are all doing for your winter/indoor workouts! I'm trying to revamp mine to keep it indoors, mostly.

I'm trying to work more core-building components into my workout to get me back in shape for snowboarding.

Right now I run 3x/week on the treadmill for 30 minutes (usually 3 miles). Then I stretch and do Ab Ripper X from the P90X workouts.

I want to add plyometrics and kempo (P90X) back into my routine, maybe during the days when I don't run.

I get bundled up and hike with my dog on the weekends.

What do you do??
