Now that the months are getting colder, I would love to hear what you are all doing for your winter/indoor workouts! I'm trying to revamp mine to keep it indoors, mostly.
I'm trying to work more core-building components into my workout to get me back in shape for snowboarding.
Right now I run 3x/week on the treadmill for 30 minutes (usually 3 miles). Then I stretch and do Ab Ripper X from the P90X workouts.
I want to add plyometrics and kempo (P90X) back into my routine, maybe during the days when I don't run.
I get bundled up and hike with my dog on the weekends.
What do you do??
