I've only been doing certain P90X components, but I need to start doing more because I've totally plateaued. I LOVE Ab Ripper X. I do that at least 2x/week. I try to do plyo. Kempo's fun. I need to try yoga still.
I also need to start adding 30-day shred to the end of my days when I feel I can get 2 workouts in a day. I'm digging level 3. It's intense.

our winter has been pretty mild here so far, but when i can't run outside, i try to go to the gym to run on the track. i will hit the dreadmill if i must :o) i also plan to use my 30 day shred again and am about to get p90x from a friend.
