I could run that and see if I was under the amount for the week.
I was starving last night! I bruned over 1k of calories in my workouts so I can see why I was hungry. I ate extra but not bad for me foods. It was healthy stuff.
I will do less cardio today and then a rest day probably tomorrow.
Spark has a report that shows calories given a timeframe
click on MY TRACKERS/ START
in the MY GOALS AND PROGRESS.... click on FULL REPORT in the calorie section
enter the date timeframe and see your calories tracked over time

Sometimes I wish Spark had a weekly calorie amount so I could cycle the calories :)
Interesting article. I'm really working on getting more moving done during the day, but with a job that keeps me tied to my computer/cubicle its not easy. :p
