Anyone else continuing with these videos, even once the Challenge has been met?
I love these little videos. I tack one on at the end of my 30+ minute cardio 4 days per week, before work. It is just enough to do SOMETHING, but not overwhelming. Then I try to use the weight machines at the gym on my 2 days off. I feel much stronger, and notice some muscle definition that has been lacking in years past.
