Thanks, BabySteps. My weigh in this morning brought the total to 90 pounds. I am working with a personal trainer 1 day per week now and am feeling blessed with the results!

Thanks Kaceysw! And look at your weight-loss! I hope to keep going and achieve my goals as you seem to be doing. It's a great journey, especially when we''re moving in the right direction!

Great! I like them a lot ... I'm sure there are many more out there to check out, but for now, this is enough. Happy Sparking!

Hi BABYSTEPS. I'm still using the videos from the challenge - just as you say - they're not overwhelming and they are just what I need for building a habit of exercising after so many years of total physical inactivity. emoticon

I do videos and the gym at least 6 days a week.

Anyone else continuing with these videos, even once the Challenge has been met?
I love these little videos. I tack one on at the end of my 30+ minute cardio 4 days per week, before work. It is just enough to do SOMETHING, but not overwhelming. Then I try to use the weight machines at the gym on my 2 days off. I feel much stronger, and notice some muscle definition that has been lacking in years past.

This has been a great challenge for me! Thanks Coach Nicole!
