It seems like I am not alone...LOL...I started it, fell off but still did my own thing (workout) then I restarted from the beginning & got knocked down & out with the cold but I am determine to finish it. As soon as I get better I will start from week 1 and see it thru all the way to the end.

I, too, got knocked out of the Jumpstart by the flu in our house (week 3, day 4! Darn it!). My 10-year-old got it first, for a week and a half, and then my 8-year-old got it for a week. We're all better now, thank goodness- and I have decided to restart the program from week 1.
ELIENAU06- I hurt my knee doing the days 1&2 videos, so I found alternative videos, that work the same part of the body, that don't hurt. If there's a video that bothers your injury, swap it out for one that won't! Try to keep it in the same category (core, cardio, lower body, abs, etc). Coach Nicole posted that advice in a team discussion, and it has saved my knee.
SHOSHANA192- I would write out the exercises in the videos, so you know what to do if your internet goes down. I saw some videos that let you print out the workout; but apparently only a few have that.

Mine was a different situation. About two weeks ago I twisted my ankle. It is still swollen, but I am hoping to slowly do some of the exercises as it doesn't hurt too much. Wish me luck as I don't want to make it worse.

Hi Shoshana, I live in a rural area and know how frustrating the Internet situation can be. If it were me, I'd try to stick with something similar to the January Jumpastart by doing 30 min of cardio plus one of the DVDs that is similar to that day's spark video. You could also try supplementing your cardio with some exercises from spark's non-video fitness library that are consistent with the challenge video for that day whether its abs, arms, legs, etc. if you can access that from your phone and feel comfortable doing that.
I'm not a expert or anything, just trying to suggest some alternatives. I got off track this week when company came to visit and I gained a pound and a half :( I was in the middle of week three (like you) and I'm going to get back on track by starting week three over at day one today.
Congratulations for making it through the first two and a half weeks! Keep it up and let us know how things are going.
Unfortunately I have to put the challenge on hold because our internet provider has pulled themselves out of our area. I was going to try and do the videos on my phone, but every time I try my phone goes crazy and shuts itself down. So for now I am going to stick with my DVDs and continue that way. Hopefully I can find a new internet carrier that will come out our way and I can continue the challenge. Should I continue or start over? Happy sparking everyone!
