But I didn't complete the challenge. I joined thinking the jump start would be a great reboot of my exercise for 2013 to go with a new eating plan. But then I began the eating plan and fleshed out my existing exercise programme, and never quite picked up the challenge.

My exercise consists of 1 hour of Zumba twice a week, aquaerobics two hours twice a week. I have just stepped up the aquaerobics by adding one more 1 hr session, making 7 hours of exercise a week. Though I am getting resistance from the water exercise the aim is to tweak the program by adding 2 or 3 weights sessions and a yoga or Pilates session for flexibility. So I think I will come back to the jumpstart next time my exercise fags a little.
