SO i have pulled out from the challenge and i was ready to give it all up grab the heavnley hash tub of ice cream and face the fact i am going to be overweight forever....welll ok maybe almost forever you shrink when u get old right?
Anyways since then i have set small goals each day and I have stuck to them....I also have now (thanks to my sister) when I go over once a week to her place have now been persuaded to do 30 min on her treadmill....(again slow starting just fast walking and playing with inclines
Also I have noticed that my thighs and lower body are starting to look a bit smaller....I have not measured them or got on a scale because as many of you know I am not touching those for 3 months because the numbers are usually my downfall....
so I am checking in to say its slow but its a process.....how is everyone else doing?
