Good for you for getting back in the saddle, tackling small goals and making lots of "little" changes. They add up fast!
Great job small changes make a big difference in the long run!

I absolutely love your sister's support. I think that is just great!
The small goals are key and you are noticing a difference. I am excited to see your progress. Make sure to keep us posted.
I am at Week 4 Day 4 and doing good. I have my scale hidden and only bring it out on my Saturday weigh in day. I feel great and am excited to get my Challenge trophy.
I am on my last day of Week 4. I would say that I am doing better.
Just started back to exercising after the holidays.
Didn't know that 2 weeks of not exercising could be painful on joints.
(I really don't recommend that to anyone!)
As for yourself, keep trying my friend you will reach your goal.
Hope that you have a great afternoon! Holly

SO i have pulled out from the challenge and i was ready to give it all up grab the heavnley hash tub of ice cream and face the fact i am going to be overweight forever....welll ok maybe almost forever you shrink when u get old right?
Anyways since then i have set small goals each day and I have stuck to them....I also have now (thanks to my sister) when I go over once a week to her place have now been persuaded to do 30 min on her treadmill....(again slow starting just fast walking and playing with inclines
Also I have noticed that my thighs and lower body are starting to look a bit smaller....I have not measured them or got on a scale because as many of you know I am not touching those for 3 months because the numbers are usually my downfall....
so I am checking in to say its slow but its a process.....how is everyone else doing?
